memory of the famous Dorset bus and coach
operator
Founded in 1929, and based for many years in its namesake village, the buses and coaches of Bere Regis & District Motor Services served the highways and byways of rural Dorset well for many a year until 1995.
In the 80th anniversary year, John Hembry of Hazelbury Bryan, assisted by Colin Hallett of Yeovil, staged an anniversary run on 1st November, and this created a lot of interest.
